🛍️ Ordering & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take? A: All keepsake packages ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days after processing.

Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes! Every Magical Mail keepsake bundle includes free USPS Priority Mail shipping. Most of our other items also are offered with free shipping

Q: Can I send a bundle directly to a child? A: Absolutely. Just enter the child’s name and address at checkout, and we’ll ship it straight to them.

Q: How long is processing before the order ships? A. Typically processing is 2 to 5 days. Our home page will indicate if orders placed that day will arrive before the holiday. We do offer rush processing, the order will receive priority and be processed in 1 day for an additional $15. This service is not always available based on the number of orders in que. When rush processing is available you will be able to add it to the order on the checkout page. When USPS Express Overnight Delivery is available Rush processing will be included in that shipping charge of $50.

Q: What’s included in each Magical Mail Keepsake Package? A: Each keepsake package includes:

  • A personalized character card

  • A QR code linking to an exclusive animated video

  • A keepsake necklace or pin gift from the character

  • A variety of holiday trinkets and activities. Each package includes a minimum of 10 of these items. Examples: Stickers, temporary tattoos, pencils, bracelets, coloring books, activity cards, watercolor painting, bookmarks, other seasonal items.

Q: Do you offer other products? A: We often offer other products with similar themes to our keepsake packages so you can add something extra to your gift. They also may be purchased on their own without a keepsake package. Check our store for the current offerings.

Q: Are there faith‑friendly options? A: Yes! We offer both traditional holiday magic and faith‑friendly options. See product descriptions.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit and debit cards

Q: Do you offer discounts? A: Yes! Follow us on social media or join our newsletter for seasonal promotions. Also check the Home page as sometimes we include a coupon code there. Only 1 coupon code may be used per order.

Q: Who are these bundles designed for? A: My Magical Mail is created with children ages 3–12 in mind but you know the child you are purchasing for so you can see the photos and descriptions in the store and decide for yourself if that child would enjoy receiving a keepsake package.

Q: Can I order multiple bundles? A: Yes and No. You are welcome to purchase as many keepsake packages as you wish but keep in mind that only one Ship to address including the name of the child to ship to is allowed per order. We suggest creating a separate order for each child. You may use any coupon codes that are per order codes (not individual or one time use only codes) on each of your orders. Check our home page for coupon codes.

📦 Returns & Support

Q: What if items in my package arrives damaged? A: Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement free of charge. See Refunds and Returns page for more details.

Q: Do you accept returns? A: Because each keepsake package is personalized, returns are not accepted. If there is a problem with the personalization that is our mistake we will provide a refund or replacement.. If you entered the information incorrectly we will not accept a return for that keepsake package. However, we’ll always make it right if there’s an issue with your order.
